Old engine with Pistons/Barrels at some point.
Before - no vacuum at tickover, same at high rpm .
After - 4.5cm vacuum at tickover 0 at high rpm.
Moving in the right direction....
For the DIY members...... make a manometer, measure from dipstick pipe and report back.

Clearly!
Maybe works perfect on a good engine then :)

Is that a request for data?

last breather I overhauled had 4cm at 5Krpm

and sucked up the lhm at fast tickover

have found other diapragm material and will try varying thickness, dont want it sucking too hard as that would defeat the purpose.....may sell the idea to Mr Dyson.

silicone rubber myself, cheap and has a sealing side that's glassy smooth

just have to wait for more baking trays to tun up in TK Maxx

( oil and grease proof, un affected by temperatures up to 250C-and if i gets that hot its not your breather you need to be worrying about.)

Sean
