I'd like a bolt on injection kit.

Many people are trying to make a bolt on injection kit for 2cv (123) (STP) but nobody dear to make it for real...
Nobody has an ignition which you can tune by computer (123 has some videos on the internet but they don't promoting it).

But with injection you despirate need tuning by computer otherwise it won't work...

Even my ignition is starting to get complicated (for most people a computer is even complicated) with all the parameters you can tune and with injection it will be even worse....

You really need to know what you are doing (sometimes I don't even know   )

Another story are the components like injectors, throttle position sensors, wide band oxygene sensors a.s.o.

An ignition/injection unit will set you back at least 700/900 at euro at least and then you need to do the plumbing/wiring all by yourself......

Making it plug and play will set you back another 300/400 euro....... so do you still like it....

It took me about 1 year to understand ( a little) what it takes to make a 2cv running on injection... I don't think you can make it plug and play, you always need to tune it (just like the ignition) when you want to beat the shit out of it...

Tomorrow I will send my first 10 units to be soldered together profesionaly, then I will try to sell them and wait and look how it will perform, if I get only silly questions and reclamations I will quit immidiatly with it and go on only for myself..... I know that it works and when you can put a 123 on your car you can make 1-2-spark also. But you need to be open to learn something about tuning an engine by computer)

Maybee I make 2 versions 1 which you can tune by computer and 1 with dipswitches where you can flip some switches to tune it and without mapsensor.....

So the future of 1-2-Spark/1-2-Squirt is lying in your hands....................

I think you can not do everything that 1 persons requests- I think you have to build units that most people want - version 1 of your product will do for most people. Works brilliantly for me with turbo engine so with N.A. car would do for most customers. Version2 which again should be as good as version 1 but with extra savings on petrol and more power for turbo etc.... But when people ask for 1 off special units then you will have to charge them for all the extra work... Version 1 and version2 should do for 98% of people...
I bl--dy well hope your 10 units are fine with outside suppliers doing the soldering and then just sell and sell.

I hope you can understand my poor English

Chris :) :) :)

So at last the pcb's are on it's way to be soldered together profesionaly.... I hope it will work out fine, made several drawings of the location of components and wires and ofcours a bom
bill of material....

some pics....
Image
the PCB revision 3 already

Image
the box which I've send to solder with all the components and wires and 1 example which I've soldered together and tested ofcours

Image
and here the making of the example, so what can possibly go wrong now?????

Well we will see within 2-3 weeks from now......
when they return from soldering together I've only need to put them in the casing and put in the chip and they are ready to ship......

In the meantime I will finish the software (multispark) and maybee that you can change the map-numbers turbo-non turbo and try to make a decent how-too install/tune.....

Of course we want that too! :) i've been thinking about injection, for monopoint you already have 1 signal, but for multipoint (what I want) you need 2 signals to know what cilinder has to inject. Is it possible to make 1 sensor on the back of the flywheel (like visaengine) and 1 on the front (like you have now) will that be enough? Or is there more to it?

Greetzzzzzz
Edit:
Starts to look like megasquirt if you keep adding things like this

You don't need a second signal to do multopoint injection, I never did on my car the only diffrence is that it will inject 2 times in a cycle, but thats no problem...... sequential injection works only (more efficient) till 3000 rpm above that theres no diffrence with batchfiring....

Starting at the multispark PC-software tonight...

As rpm decreases, multispark increases........

Here you can see at 267 RPM you get 4 multisparks...... Will mak a video tomorrow
it is really cool... ps. this is with a black standard 2cv coil..........

I still have the table numbers to do (at the left) just wanted to try and see if it works....
