As far as I know its an American varient that was exported to the US from about 1955 to 1962. It had better trim than the standard french model and was available in more colours. The dashboard would suggest that its probably based on the Belgian built 2cv. Other give aways are the rear bootlid incorparating a spare wheel compartment and the rear lights.
