WANTED: 2CV + Driver for Wedding Vehicle
Hi, This is a huge long shot... My partner and I are looking for a 2CV and driver for our wedding. The wedding is in Brighton on 23rd July. We are both fans of the little Citroen's and thought it would be a bit different to have one as our wedding transport. Having looked online I found the Deux Chevaux Club of Great Britain - http://www.2cvgb.co.uk/ - and thought that their forums would be a good place to post, however you can only register if you are a member. Please contact me for further information or if you have any questions. Many thanks, David & Emma.

Unfortunately I think James will be the only 2cver left in the UK that weekend...

Re: WANTED: 2CV + Driver for Wedding Vehicle
Thanks for all the replies.
I checked out the 2CV wedding people on Facebook and their cars look great. The only problem is that we're on a pretty tight budget and I doubt very much we'll be able to afford their services, plus they're based in Hereford which isn't exactly close to Brighton!
Although we are on a budget we would definitely be able to pay for petrol plus make it worth your while too.
James, are you serious about being able to assist? Where are you based?

If you look just below James name on his post you will see he is not far from you.
James, won't you be at the WM then?

Re: WANTED: 2CV + Driver for Wedding Vehicle
If James can't make it then I'm less than an hour away in Croydon and will definitely be one of the lonely 2cv owners still in the UK. Would be very happy to assist PM me if you want further details and car photos.
