Adrian Flux has always been pretty competitive for me with classic insurance and modified insurance for the 4x4. Club discount etc

Post Re: Car Insurance
Worked out my mileage last night between june 2007 and june 2008 (MOT dates) i did 12190 miles which is quite a lot more than 6000 probably havent done that much 08 to 09 though.

Will tried to get my on his policy too but because i'm under 25 then FJ wouldn't let me because of the type of policy Will has i think that now for czech we are going to get me insured temporarily on the car he decides to take and sort something else out when im 25 not too long to go

Yep. My 4x4 unlimited mileage policy is with them and they are very competitive.

FJ always seem to change their minds! I've been insured with them since I was 23, and I've had unlimited mileage the whole time.

Me too. When I turned 20 I transfered the car to mine name (rather than my dads with me as 2nd) with unlimited milage and agreed value cover. I asked for the 2cvgb discount and told them that I'd been quoted £100 less by Adrian Flux (i sort of had  ) so they dropped my premium to match.

It's interesting to see how much variation there is between quote :?

Insuring the mahri was interesting, I think the best remark I had was:

her: "what's the vehicle?"
me: "a citroen Mehari"
*silence while she checked her computer*
her: "is that like a C5?"
