Do you know how to disconnect the hood from the front bar that holds it in place above the windscreen?

I have only got as far as undoing the clips, folding the front bit back and cliping the stud to the underneath of the bar, I'm going to have a good play tomorrow.

thanks
Colin

Thanks for the replies, I found the strap, I thought they were just hand grabs but I dont seem to have an outside stud just the 2 studs inside to make a grab strap.

You need one of these, a pair of these and a couple of handy appropriately-sized self-tappers.

You'll have to make the hole in the roof to match up with the hole in the body itself, but the self-tapper should DIY that.

The roof's _so_ much nicer fully back than half-way - and it's kinder on the material, too.

The big question... Do you roll it with the outside out or the inside out? Opinions are divided...

(and I didn't even mention the broken roof bar)

Ooops.

 It's the rear bar for the sun/bird sh1t shade, seems to work its way out on the port side.

Presumably with the 2 studs on the inside I could roll it inside but that wouldnt look very good.

Do you mean like roll the roof on the inside of the car?!
Please don't do that....

What has been mentioned, is that someone roll the roof with the inside out, like this Image

And others roll it in a weird ;) way, with the outside out.

But the roof is always on the outside of the car....

...and from here we might progress to the age-old questions of the toilet paper roll/squeezing the toothpaste?
BTW - Easter greetings to all from Down Under.

(and please don't mention the royal wedding!)
