Nah, it'll be the effect of all of that "degreasant" he's been using today.

Looks like great work though spanners, nice one. Interesting to see what a centrifugal clutch looks like taken apart like that, don't think I've seen one before. What's needed with it? new centrifugal linings?

I remember now just how much I hate removing engines from Amis!

Anyway, it's all back together again now and ready for the trip to Brittany next month with sealed exhaust, non leaky cylinder heads, clean oil cooler and all sorts of other little jobs ticked off the list.

Just a good polish and a pair of dump tubes and it's about done.

I also fitted a cigar lighter socket for all the crap we all insist on having (satnav is a must for me as I can't read a map!) and a cup holder too!

Now you see it..............

Now you don't. 8-)

I can still see your cigar lighter , I'm sorry but I hate when a dashboard losses its virginity......... (I hope you get what I mean) Why for got sake don't you make a litle metal plate under the dashboard, with the cigar lighter almost out of sight....... To me it now looks like you drilled blindfoulded a hole in your dash.....

Sorry this is my problem not yours..........

I know what you mean LPGO but, for once I did some measuring and got it in the right place!

There'll be a period analogue clock going in the space next to it at some point so it probably won't look quite so odd then.......

I've used that trick a number of times myself but, the only inner tubes I currently have are in my tyres.......

I still haven't measured those bloody holes in my bulkhead yet either!

Hmmmmmmm, perhaps I should have a look at the (non-functioning) fuel gauge too? :(

Damn, damn, damn and damn! I was outbid on a pair of BX seats last night by £1 :(

Unfortunately, Mrs Spanners likes to have a head rest behind her noggin and BX are usually a pretty good answer to that problem. However, I now have to think outside the box........

Cue the A-Team music and photos later!
