Oh, and be in no hurry to 'settle down'. I don't mean that from any macho 'you need to sow yer oats' point of view, but simply as a 'warning' (that's not the right word, but can't think of what is...) that people change a lot over the age range you are approaching now. And, when you find the right person, why be in a hurry to make that 'official'? Just enjoy getting to know that person more and more, and then you'll know.

 Re: My old Blue Bamboo
Right, that's the fatherly advice done...now back to the fat birds. Erik that too brings tears to my eyes, but for very different reasons. Anyway, forget fat birds, my advice would be to go for the slim over 35's every time. By the time a bloke is 40 he's had at least twenty plus years of sex, and is becoming a bit jaded with it all - he's a 'once a week' wonder. Whereas women at 40 are still raring to go, and consequently not getting their full quota. Think Demi Moore. All this advice and more on a 2cv forum eh,,, all life is here!

James, the way I think is, if you start off by being polite and they are rude back be ruder to them, that way they notice/get annoyed but if they are polite back, good, also depends on who your with though Thanks O-N and over 35's is probably a few years older than what james is aiming at

Over 35s? I say spend your entire life nailing 18-25 year old girls if you can. If Peter Stringfellow can do it, and he's 60+, then anybody can.
I don't know how, mind.

Russell wrote: If Peter Stringfellow can do it, and he's 60+, then anybody can. I don't know how, mind. No, I've no idea what they see in the multimillionaire Mr. Stringfellow either Russ. You can't anyway (or I couldn't) because of a moral objection. I was once introduced to a absolutely beautiful young woman by a bloke I was working with, he was banging her mate and wanted me to make up the four. As tempting as she was, and believe me she was flawless, I knew that her mate was just 16 and she was likely to be of a similar age. I was 43 then, and had more scruples than my colleague, so I turned her down. Put it this way, I spent seventeen years working with blokes who mainly looked like this. and yet their (many) girlfriends resembled anything from Cheryl Cole upwards. Women are such strange creatures, they want to feel that they have landed a 'catch', even if it's an ugly one. All they got from the doormen was a sense of danger, the excitement of the criminality, drugs and violence of the scene, and they got to waltz to the front of a freezing club queue and straight through the door like an A list celebrity. That was it! In return they were paraded for a week or two, used and abused horribly, before being dumped, or in most cases not being dumped - just being replaced, or even supplemented. With their knock-out looks and figures you'd think that they'd then go off and find a nice guy who'd be grateful of them...not a bit of it! In most cases they would come to an agreement where they would tolerate the 'other women', (and join in in many cases) just so they weren't cast out of the circle. I used to respect women because I was brought up to do, but after many years in that environment I learned to seek out the inner beauty instead, and if it happens to be joined to outer beauty then so much the better.

LOL. quite... i say that, i thought i understood this particular women just to clear that one up When new pilots get their licence the accident rate peaks shortly after they qualify. It then gradually starts to drop as the pilots go from a state where they believe they know enough and are skilled to one where they realise they don't know nearly enough, are still learning and will continue to learn as long as they're flying. The same holds true for most things in life; whilst the crash and burn mostly isn't as spectacular as an aeroplane falling out of the sky. It is none the less always a good thing to remember. Regardless of the actual activity you're engaged in.
