Classic Car World is a monthly put out by Kelsey Publishing, who I'm freelancing for at the moment. I thought the article was pretty fair to be honest, though as a 2CV enthusiast, I did spend a good whole spotting what was wrong with that car! (upside down mirror as well as the aforementioned stuff).

You have to bear in mind when writing this sort of stuff that the writers are not experts on every car out there, and do rely on at most two to three sources for info. In fact, even that many can cause trouble as people start to contradict each other. Makes it a bloomin' nightmare!

This isn't aimed at you in particular Paul, but if you, or anyone else doesn't like the way this place is run or the people that frequent it, then no one's forcing you to use it.

People have disagreements - that's only natural. Agree to disagree & move on - otherwise it starts affecting the atmosphere of the place...

I really enjoy the controversy and disagreements. Its what makes this forum more fun than others I can think of. To be honest and just between you and me Neil... I often post stuff just to wind people up. Life would be so dull without a bit of teasing wouldn't it. ;)
