Haha.

On the bumper (which is for bumping which leads to cracked numberplates) as opposed to the numberplate sized space handily left free under the grille.

If there wasn't such an obvious and ideal place for it on the bonnet it wouldn't look as daft.

maybe they're showing off that the bonnets never been drilled/ they don't want to drill the bonnet?

Isn't it something to do with having a plate on the bonnet being illegal?

yeh it looks weird. the bonnet even has a raised bit which the plate fits on perfectly
