I cant say I like the "rat look".
An original/unrestored car with a nicely aged "patina" looks good.
And I admire anyone who is actually doing a "rolling restoration" on his/her car [ie,driving around with the car "in primer"].
Even a battered mud-covered car which is obviously used for off-roading forays gets my vote.
But why spend loadsa money restoring a car .....and then spend even more making it look like a "bag o' poo" is beyond me. :?
Still ...... thats just my opinion of course. :|

I don't rock the snail approved rat look, I just drive a battered drummer with solid mechanicals, chassis and a decent sound system. I win.

Me too (apart from the sound system which is non-existent so I just muse and dream as I listen to wind roar and the distinctive gentle laughing sound of the 602 engine...and the fact that mine's not a drummer).

Yes that is the look I am sporting now. Or perhaps rolling "rustoraton" would be closer!
