There is of course nothing stopping you using good ,non-rusted or less rusted second hand wheels..

ive considered it, saw some on ebay, however 160 for 4 i thought wasnt bad, and mine arent to bad yet, but there not brilliant, and id rather spend a bit more and know theyre going to last a tad longer!

thats a pretty good idea actually, however if the back wheels are bad then it may do that ??

yeah, if the back wheels are just as rusty, it's likely they'll do it too (assuming that's the problem), but the rusty ones won't hit anything on the back.

Yes thats true, i did that on an AKS i had once. Obviously you can see if the wheel is rusted and lifting before trying it anyway.
