i would like to remove the window out of my new (well second hand) door that i bought, but im not sure how to, and i dont want to put a hammer through it, even though i am impatient....

Front or rear?

Front - they just unscrew. For the lower, unscrew the hinges; for the upper, there's some screws go through the brightwork frame into the door.

Rear - as with any other gasket-mount glass, work your way round the inside to gently "unstick" the rubber as far as possible, then firmly but evenly push the glass outwards from the top. You'll need some strong string to refit.

also the bottom of the door has rotted, (as usualy do) is there a replacement part for that? (bit that holds the seal
