You can buy 12v cup warming heaters but they are bloody dangerous even by my standards, and we'd need a dozen or so dangling in the pan. We gonna set up the i2f marquee, table Etc. and dish out warm booze to the freezing masses? Like a soup kitchen, but for pissheads.
