Re: New member,Kingpins for the first time! I 'peened' the crap outta mine all the way round trying to get it to seal, I may have set myself up for a problem if I ever have to change it again.

What am i doing wrong? Nothing. It is common for the top cap not to seal 100%. The main thing is that you can feel pressure when pumping the grease gun. The grease will find its way around the king pin and out between the arm and hub. Did you see this viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1393
