Re: Towing with a 2cv? This was my personal best...
A 1200kg 10m long glider box, I didn't try it on the road though.
I think my little trailer is roughly seven feet by five feet including the drawbar and wheels, and that tows very nicely behind the 2cv.

Re: Towing with a 2cv? Apalling quality photo but probably one of my most amusing "tows".  Collected the car from a policeman who thought that as soon as it was on the trailer and in gear, it was safe to tow!  Quite a few bemused looking folks on the motorway too taking it back to Tamworth from Wolverhampton.

Got even better when I re-shelled it with the blue one on the trailer and fitted a bigger fuel tank etc-90 miles on a tankfull when towing wasn't funny, especially on the way to Bicton for the International in 99.  (Just going slightly off-topic but, new owner of this car, when will we see some progress?  )
