Has it never occurred to you WHY the night you miss is the best night?

Just been looking on t'interweb for information regarding towing a trailer-tent in France, namely one that is unbraked. Can't find any mention of whether it is ok to tow an unbraked trailer, can anybody here clarify the French law on towing? Cheers in advance.

AIUI, it falls under the EU reciprocal "If it's legal in your home country..."

Cheers for that. I thought as much, just wanted it confirmed. Right then, time to see how much it'll cost. How long is a Combi-Camp Sport? 3 Metres? Sounds about right, me thinks.

Still don't know what ferry to get. What time/day should I look to arrive/come back?

Hi Pete,

I'm in Eastbourne & I'll be getting the ferry from Newhaven.
Departing Newhaven 9:30 on Wed 12th.
Returning 19:00 on Mon 17th.
Looked at sailing times on Sun 16th, one at 15:00, means rushing to get back, one in middle of the night, so having an extra day in France.
