Re: Cool 2cv pictures 4 last 2 arent from raid africa in '73 they are from a later trip undertaken by the two cars pictured there are a few photos of the expedition, the other was a poster that came with "planet2cv" world magasine of them boarding a wooden ferry over (persumably) the Niger the 2 cars are never seen with any others, raid africa was set in groups of 10, the cars all had set patterns for the sponsor stickers and were numbered. none of the '73 cars had a "safari" roofs or appeared to have those guards over the lights It seems that participation in the '73 raid had pretty strict vehicle preparation, the earlier Persepolis and the Kabul were a much more "rag tag" affair before coming under the controll of Wolgensinger and Citroen '73 factory raid   .jpg)    And Jaques own car No1 of course( tho cant see it on the official film so may be a factory mock up for the Conservetoir)  Sean
