Is this the same model that Simon "Tarquin" Sobey used to have way back when? In two tone purple, as I recall.

There's a few. Got a feeling Tarquins got sold abroad (holland?) and broken for the RHD dash (i think). His Dad, John, has a green RHD break that he brought in from Guernsey (IIRC). There's another 6 break Adrian posted up in the small ads section recently that's been stored for many years at Graveley motor company.

I think a RHD 6 berline surfaced in OZ recently too.

how vague is that?!

Huw Rhys Williams the Citroen specialist guy had one too back in the early 90's, it won registers day. Don't know if that still exists though...

That rings a bell. I remember him being very unhappy that the new owner had broken it for parts. He was even talking about going to Holland and decking the bloke. :)

god my name came up a lot here. yes i sold it to a guy in holland. yes i was going to go back and deck him. yes i still will deck him if we ever meet again. he used my car to build a rhd saloon. tw*t.
Dads is still going strong he thinking of taking it to French national. there is a saloon in oz plus dads plus Huws is in some place like Poland or somewhere like that with the back end stuffed in. and now this 1 by my reckoning there are about 4-5 left from a start number of 40 salons and 660 breaks.

i still have the only surviving Ami super service van RHD left though. unless you know different. i think that makes it the rarest car in the club...........my ami 6 was a wreck when i got it and put loads of time and money in to it should of kept it really. there's always 1 car that you wished you'd kept this is mine.

who is rhythm thief..?
