 Re: French National 2010
I went to Rouen a few years back, i seem to recall the town square was rather pretty, there was an antiques/junk market (delete as appropriate) on and a guy selling rotisserie ducks, which, were lovely.

Hello! We've been toying with the idea of Plymuff/Roscoff. What was teh cost? Tell me to mind my own business if you like! [/quote] Hello It aint cheap - that's for sure .... £440 although that's with a comfy cabin both ways. But when you compare with driving all the way to and back from Dover - and all the way back from and to Boulogne -and then an overnight stop or 2 - we calculated it didn't cost that much more. (You do need to bear in mind that we're both of an age when comfort is more important than cost.) It is a nice boat though - have done a couple of weekend trips already on that route and Roscoff is so much nicer than most of the other French ports. Mart
