I'll probably never end up racing it as I think I'd be too worried about gobbing it. But, equally, I don't think I could stand watching someone else trashing it! :o

Wow, I've not only got over my wobble the other day but I've also done a few of the (very) little jobs I've put since I got her on the road.

I actually pulled my finger out, removed the "dash" and reconnected the wires to the oil pressure lamp! While I was at it, I fitted an indicator warning lamp. These are both a good thing as I can't hear the indicators and, should the engine ecer develop any "death rattles", I suspect I may also be unable to hear them either. :geek:

Still aint got a working fuel gauge though-suspect that could be down to the (new) sender unit.

Used it for work today and worked out the best thing about having such an impractical car-you don't use it too often and as such, when you do, it's sooooooo much fun! 8-)

It may have been a bit chilly but it goes much better in this weather too.

I had to slum it and park next to my colleagues brand new £17.5k C4 "By Loeb"-guess which one drew the attention ;) 8-)

I know I blow hot and cold about this car but today, it's most definately cold!

I had to use it last night and this morning and it was unbearably cold, so cold in fact, it wasn't funny. :(

Problem is, I believe A-series are all weather cars and I love using them when the weather is like this but the racer doesn't cut it sadly.

So, if anybody out there is madder than me and has an equally good (but standard) A-series they fancy swapping, let me know. :( :(

well, I've got this red Dyane... ;) :P

Seriously though, how about some sort of auxilliary heater, for when it's quite so chilly?

I bloody hope so, I'll forget all the woes then until this time next year. Actually, at the end of September, I just shalln't bother taxing it and then I can't use it during the winter-that'll sort that problem out!
