meshking wrote: Typical blinkered view of a mac user. You do know what lies beneath your OS, don't you? Do I need to care? I have used PCs for years and was always anti-apple. Then a couple of years ago, I found myself with a couple hundred quid and a broken laptop. Choice: Some awful cheap netbook or refurbed laptop or a 5 year-old G4 Powermac. Needless to say I shall never buy a PC again. My wife's new laptop with Vista is so infuriating that she won't let me use it for fear of me throwing it at the wall and my mac has NEVER let me down nor even so much as done anything unexpected. Anyway, back to the topic! Does anyone know why this is so cheap? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1986-CITROEN-2-CV ... 2ea95a7bcc Seems bloomin' good value to me!

Apologies on the tone, but I find the reference to 40 year old virgins coding in the underpants both unpleasant (in the mental imagery stakes) and rather offensive. What the hell happened with those rear lights?

George wrote: :o i shall never touch mac only reason i touched ubuntu was it was a free CD at university openday I find ubuntu great! you should stick with it. It's a very light weight OS and feels a hell of a lot less clunky than vista. Have had it on my laptop for over a year, Funny thing i if i start vista my laptop will crash after about 20 mins for some reason. And i personally dont plan on running a mac OS at anytime soon i wouldnt right it off that quick.

That looks to have quite good panels under all that frost, well worth the starting price I'd have thought.
