Re: P.O. Bumper Sam, they also shoo away those who might pull out on you, especially when painted Black and Yellow. My adventure bars always suffered from wobbling until I had steel plates welded to the chassis brackets above and below the existing weak bumper to brackets metal. Parisian parking "resistant" only then  , Oh and a largish steel D loop front and rear to act as a plastic bumper splitter, sorry sorry I mean towing loop.
