Spare rear window frame indicate that it rotten. It’s a 1969 machine not that interesting in my book (too modern) Chassis looks like its collapsed. Considering the amount of work involved I wouldn’t go for it. We do have 2 Ami 6 Berline on order 1 for Australia and 1 for Denmark. It will take time to find reasonable cars but as we say back home (Viking land) if you have plenty of patience, you can become king of Sweden it's a shame - how much would shipping an Ami to Oz cost then? just out of interest.... there's an Ami 6 Berline on sale in UK at the moment - certain someone here will know it's history if not the owner.....it's a bit Betty Boop for my liking... http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C105731/

The black Ami is a lovely looking car. Been for sale for a long time. Attachment:

Shipping a unique car to Australia should be inside a 20ft container. I've seen cars damaged, parts missing, removed during transfer in Asia. Around 4000 aussie dollars for the container + + + not cheap but safe. Roll on/of much cheaper, less that half price but risky. OK for raid cars etc.

Toomany2CVs, " Looks like one of 2cvCity's bent paperclips." Oops, I though you were being disparaging! But that's what they're indeed called

Those particular tube bumpers are about as strong as paperclips. I'd forgotten about these, the (60s original) "paperclip" overriders...
