So, does anybody in 2CVGB (disc brake registrar perhaps) know where the last owners of E758YET lived
go on the site and ask them?

No, I didn't see any. There was a nice Pug 205 though, which reminded me of a conversation at the International.

What an awful waste. Perhaps the foglight had been fitted by an enthusiastic owner who thought he (she?) could get the car through an MoT, then lost interest. Or found the cost of welding and other repairs was more than they could afford.

Regarding the blubberment, I agree - the last few years has felt increasingly like an old Eastern European state (minus the stasi) - "tractor production under our Great Leadership has increased again this year" yadedah. Whilst all the time the nation slips a little further behind... look at our exchange rate with the rest of the EU as proof - it's a shame we haven't more to sell to them. Seems that making things just isn't the fashionable thing to do - better to give our taxes to paying bankers' bonuses. Image

Slightly above average for the age I'd say. Going a bit along the bottoms, but they've got a fair bit more life in them, and the window surrounds "looked" good. However, the N/S front door had been bent.
