Our local micro-brewery had a "portes ouvert" (open day) yesterday, classic cars, small local "marché producteurs", brewery tours, bar, food trucks, live band and a bakery onsite. What's not to like?

Drained the rear diff from my Dyane. No surprises, no metal on plug magnet, no water on oil and almost all oil was there what was put there...

Just need to take the rear diff out, to make new filling plug, can't acces the original because of the fuel tank and no access at all there. And it isn't big job after I have to take drive shafts out for new gaiters, what are shot' after some years of use. Only original gaiters anymore are at front inner 2cv:s, all other are changed at least once after I put them on near ten years ago. Very nice quality of rubber nowadays, isn't it..?

Maybe there is some mod's to make to rear arms, to have more (like original) suspension travel, now it is limited because I didn't modify the mounting of tie rod, and the wheel hub is about 10cm upper than 2wd rear arms... I wan't the original ground clearance back, and sump guard to rear diff and fuel pump also...

There is still a lot of time before the snow, I hope. Not too much to do before, install the roof back to Landy, MOT the both Ranges and try to find reasonable priced "family car" what replaces the C8 what failed at MOT due to rust issues -will need only one sheet metal to have MOT'd, sone piece between front and rear bumper... The C8 was my newest car, with worst rust and technical problems...

Swapped my gearshift slider. And new bushings. Hilarious! Can't believe I've been driving it like it was. Haha you needed a lot of force out was so stiff!

New one is an old one from Daras that I painted. Thanks Daras! It's so incredibly smooth to use!
