I hope it doesn.t leak oil now it is welded... Itbis always a fu..ing pain in the ass when these sorts of welds are lesking
. Otherwise it looks Great to me... Next step would be making your own diffs... I think mt. Pony Will be very jeslous when he sees This..

Getting serious now?

Machining the Pinion Shaft, reduce diameter to fit the new bearing and cutting a new thread M24 x1.5 on the shaft end. Will then cut of the extra bit...

Pinion shaft.
Flange is from a LR and the splines seem?? to be a good fit.

In between painting (Creocote) many fence panels , I did the easy top half of each panel

Completed the back end of the diff.

Support Bracket
Milled holes to reduce the weight, bit more to go, so that it is the same weight a 2 Engine mount brackets.
