Re: 1976 AZU250 Spent the day preparing for some more welding next week, and cut back the old topcoat on the outside of the bodyshell, ready for a bit of paint action soon. Took a couple of measurement pics of items I needed to cut out, so that I could repair beneath them. Got a message from Google about an hour later telling me that they'd done something arty to one of the pics!  Google! Bloody spooks!

Re: 1976 AZU250 AfaIct the 'hinge' is basically the same arangement but the angle it is set at compared to it's base and the size and shape of it's base are different, the 2 halves of the hinge are different cross section shapes. It should be possible to mix & match but it will be neccessary to 'bugger about' with angles & such. ECAS have rear door (body side) hinges : http://www.ecas2cvparts.co.uk/door-hing ... -2184.html & its friend of course... I just bought pair for the AZU - 'kin expensive but I couldn't make them & the buggering about looked too much like hard work...
