IMO - most HD riders are mainly post 50 year olds who are clearly trying to hold on to their youth by buying a big mutherfucker bike but then do nothing but park it outside their gaff and rev it occasionally then go for a tootle round the block and then put it back in the garage.....why? It's like bedroom guitarists - all the gear and no idea - why do they do that too? Our bands guitarist makes very, very expensive valve amps, that are quite frankley brilliant, but the majority of people who buy them are guys who will never play them in anger in front of people......

That annoys me too, I use a 65w fender Princeton (50th anniversary) running straight into an upgraded 2x12" Marshall cab. guitar wise, it's a Yamaha Pacifica in electric blue(from a starter pack) or a Korean built 50th anniversary strat, fitted with a Seymour Duncan hotrail for my 'anger management'

I can't be doing the whole 3foot wise pedal box with this, that and the other pedals and gizmos! Volume no. 2 is plenty for gigging too

Today was the biggest fuck-up I've been involved with for a long time. I'm going to start drinking shortly and I do not intend to stop until all seems well again.

Post Re: The O/T thread!
I dropped a column through a live cable in a narrow alleyway, I was hanging off it when it went bang. Unsure why I wasn't electrocuted. Shit my pants a bit, I'm not a gay or anything but it came as something of a nasty surprise. This has cost the company a considerable amount of money. Other work related fuck-ups include reversing a trailer into a van belonging to a man who had just loaned us his mini digger. (That wasn't me though). And got to workshop after a 15hr day, waved my exhausted colleagues off then noticed my 2cv had two flat tyres. Managed to pump one up and replaced the other with a 125 Firestone which (inevitably) went totally flat and fell off the rim as I pulled into the garages. It gave the diff something to think about on the way home mind you.

We've lost over a weeks turnover in less than 24hrs. Haven't had a day like this since I was driving that bamboo. Still, the Missus has gone to work so Ive got a box of wine, pornhub and my own company for the evening. Unless I drunkenly rip my cock off things can only get better.

Look at PC world web site - sometimes computers on there, not available in shop. If you fancy one then must be delivered to house in UK - usually couple of days
