Oh I should expect so. Come my next mot I'll try arguing that 2cvs should get a discount because there's less to test, but I don't suppose it'll do any good.

I've not trawled through the whole thing yet. But the first thing that jumps out is that the steering lock inspection only applies to vehicles first used on or after 1 September 2001...

EDIT: ...and even then it can be removed if replaced with another immobilisation device.

Does aperture refer to window?

No, I doubt it, I assume it means if the entire door has been welded shut and the door is no longer visible.
