Re: Where was my 2cv made? As mentioned a number of posts back, my car's RP number is 4188. I was over at Peter Cross' the other day and he was working on a Charleston which had RP 4187!! What's the chances of that these days?

Re: Where was my 2cv made? By any chance, as the orga number was increased by one every day, including non factory working days, could that be the number of days since production first started,?
The numbers of the last cars built on the last day was 5001. Was there 5001 days in production,?

Re: Where was my 2cv made? I really don't think so James. 41 (years)x 365 (days in a year) +how ever many extra days for leap years would be somewhere near 15,000 days.

Re: Where was my 2cv made? One of the windows on mine say "Tyneside Toughened" must be a geordie like me  My V05 says 27th Feb 87 so I guess she's a frenchie.
