Comfort - what a concept! I could just sit in on my driveway. It turns out that's about all they are fit for though. I'm looking at all sorts at the moment. This morning it was Citroen Plurials, but they are slow, a bit girlie and the roof leaks. I'm taken by quirky design, but that usually means unreliability. For living up here and my occasional trips to Bolton, Salford, and Manchester I need something that is low-key, not so desirable as to be nick-able, yet interesting enough to want to own it. Although for Bolton I'd prefer a Tiger tank, wonder if they came with an optional leather interior?

 Re: My old Blue Bamboo
Meet Rosika and Jenny Deutsch, Hungarian-born twins who entered this world back in 1892. They found enormous fame and fortune in New York in around 1910 as a dance act called "The D0lly Sisters". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolly_Sistershttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/ar ... grace.htmlThey starred in a number of successful movies, before high-profile love affairs, including a long-running menage a trois with Harry Selfridge (the founder of Selfridges), celebrity marriages, divorces, hugely successful gambling careers(!), a career-ending car wreck and eventually Jenny's suicide brought the curtain down on their colourful public lives. They had a biopic made about them in 1945: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7qrVPMVa2wIt is these women who inspired the Citroen "D*lly" name: Useless fact: The "Charleston" was originally slated to be called the "D*lly"! So, the D*lly might have a girly name, but it was inspired by couple of ladies who certainly knew how to live life to the, err, full. Respect is due.
