Re: Rear wing removal and refitting
Just prise the rubber grommet off the wing and up over the filler neck-best to have the cap removed. To refit, a liberal amount of fairy liquid or similar, over the filler tube and rubber.

Re: rear wing removel and re fital
When you refit the rear wings, brush a thick dollop of waxoil along the joining flanges, both on the wing and the body panel. Ditto on both sides of the trim pieces that fit in between. Screw/bolt up, and then wipe away excess from the paintwork side - work the cloth tight along the décor trim so's there's a seal of waxoil left sitting in there all along both sides, but barely visible.
Then spray additional waxoil underneath to make damn sure the wing/body join is completely sealed from underneath. Try and avoid driving it in wet weather for a day or two so's the waxoil gets a good chance to thicken up before being washed off!
On the front wings, have a look at the lower body panel forward of the doors - part of them will be overlapped by the front wings - you should see the mark indicating where. Since this part isn't seen, brush on waxoil. (Again, you can wipe away any visible stuff after the wings are refitted.)
The 'boxy' part of the wing where it goes against the bulkhead is a major rust point. Make sure that's covered liberally on both sides, as well as the bulkhead itself where this will cover it afterwards.

And there's no such word as "re fital". Even though there should be.
