I mentioned this to a friend the other day who had worked in a bodyshop years ago & he said that they HAD to wet sand to avoid clogging up sandpaper & end up using more than they had to!!

Well if I'm honest, the first time a saw it was on boyd coddingtons hot rod show on telly, I've since tried it and I managed to rub down a whole wing 10x quicker than before and I can quite easily use the same bit of paper to do the other wing, it's soo much easier!
