Is yours green, or am I thinking of someone else? There's also a lady in a very smart Maroon & Cream D*lly I pass regularly in the same area going the other direction, but we've never met save the usual waving & I don't know who she is. Hi Max - Your profile says you are 3 years old, but I don't recall seeing *anyone* on the roads that young! Are you by chance more GCHQ area? I know when I drive out that way I seem to see quite a few. Just noticed in my previous posting, I appear not to know how to spell "Charleston". I hereby apply for numpty-newbie-of-the-week award.

Plums and Custard - of course. I had a mental block there, and mixed up my Maroon & Black with the D*lly Blueberries and Cream & got a mish-mash of Maroon and Cream. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Re: Ronald - they're all called Ronald
My first 2CV (blue), about 25 years ago, was bought from a dodgy-looking dealer who we decided was something akin to "Honest Ron" from Radio Active ("Honest Ron, Honest Ron, The others are a Con!"). He was named Ron as a result. There then followed Ronnie-Deux (a white French model purchased for a few pounds to get a replacement engine); the first Ronald (the Maroon and Black Charleston I got married in) and another Ron (Red). Then ten years of driving company car Euro-boxes for work were followed by a new job working more locally where I could go back to driving 2CVs to work... and so the latest Ronald you see here. Naturally all other 2CVs are also called Ronald, despite anything their owners may think!
