Russ - yep no worries It's exactly the same as Aidans, I bought it for the BX (have tested it thoroughly in Evie first tho lol) but not got round to actually installing it in the BX yet. Fits under an A-series seat luvverly.

Tim - my sub box amp is supported on rubber spacers so it is clear of the box by a few mm. hopefully prevents any vibrations and keeps the underside cool too!

That little kenwood fits under the rear seat of a 2CV - unless you've got back seat passangers. Mine's stood upright behind rear seat. SOunds very nice indeed!

There's no radio in the 2CV, I didn't want to fit one in, so for the WM and
Freaks FM I bought a portable outdoor radio...!

It did work, although I can't say whether the whole site was tuned in, as I spent most of the time at the main circle of cars pounding it out, it was ace! only a couple of visits from the fun police!

it did work to a point. Peter? found us before we found him & he had the flyers made up for 17.00 the same afternoon. so we had a mad rush filling in the flyers max had printed off with the correct details! in the end we had just over 3 hours to spread the word - maybe if we had longer then it might have been even better. I think also due to the layout of the site that not everyone could pick up the transmitter - waggel was a nice level site. It really kicked off in our field - upwards of 20 cars, both dutch & british. In the end the Czech team asked the guys to leave and to use the space beside the museum, which turned out well in the end!

I think Freaks FM should be a regular feature of 2cv events. Unoffical of course!

we couldn't receive Freaks FM on the big field on top of the hill -
the only thing I received on the radio between 96 and 98 FM was
a lot of noise instead of music
