Yep,
if it's the centrifugal part which is worn out, extract engine in normal fashion, leaving the extra drum & some other parts attached to the gearbox input shaft.
Unscrew the left-hand threaded nut on the input shaft, remove mechanism and put to one side whilst you save up for a replacement centrifugal clutch assembly...
The other part of the clutch is exactly the same as a normal coil spring setup, but you will need to swap the flywheel.
