right, so im replacing the old fuse box with nice modern miniblade fuses, as i had a problem the other day, dodgy connection, and the wipers parked up and refused to work as ddi indicators,
i also have tons of fuse holders and mini blad fuses, no citroen fuse box type ones though,

now, assuming i have the fux box the right way up, could anyone tell me what each wire does? i plan on labelling it with the dymao thing so i know for future reference when a fuse blows!

James,
this any good?

10 amp fuses for everything except the circuit feeding the voltage regulator, wiper motor, etc.

Re. that problem you've got with a headlamp bulb, sounds as though a filament is broken and making intermittent contact.
Replacement is your best option...

Also check the resistance between the headlight bowl and the chassis. The path back to earth goes through a lot of joints on the factory setup. Quite often I add an earth wire into the factory headlight bar loom. I like the headlights as bright as possible.
