Post subject:  What Brakes do I need??
Doing the rear brakes on the beast!! (Ami SUper Chassis)

What brakes shoes and cylinders do I need are they the same as an Ami 8..or must it be a super....???
Thought You Boys would know the answer!!

Matt,

I'm fairly sure that the rear shoes are the same as a 2cv6. I have a feeling that Ami super rear wheel cylinders were unique to that model (19mm?) & thus pretty rare. I *think* Acadiane wheel cylinders, although slightly smaller (17.5mm?) will do the job...

Found These on Flea bay They look like the right ones????? Well they are Listed as Ami super ones Please confirm Neil????

How about the shoes??? Seems to be 3 sets on Ecas..180mm 200mm or 220mm???
