We've no time for any of that nonsense here. :P

Did you go and read the 'All about: 2CV suspension' thread like you were told to? It's there on the first page, (third paragraph) .

No, just jack the car up, and turn 'em.

James
It's so easy it barely warrants describing it. Once you've jacked on side up you'll see the tie rods front and back. It will become obvious when you use a 10mm spanner on the flats of the tie rods. If the rods won't turn, the threads will have seized and I've used Mole grips in the past. However it's best to remove the tie rod ends completely, clean up then grease the threads, replace them then try again.

9mm. Or mole grips, if your car is anything like mine was. :D
You'll probably need to cut a 9mm spanner down so it fits between the tie rod and the chassis.

Or, unless you're a total masochist, one of these...

Jack car up, and if your tie rods have the flat bit left try a 9mm spanner, if not its hello Mr Molegrips.

Screw them into the ends to go up, out to go down.
