Hi all

having great fun with the Dyane, but the maybe a little security problem. As the release latch on the passenger window is broken, you turn it and but the whole twisty bit (in the pic below) just spins and the pin doesn't move, also i can push the pin through and it just wont lock.

do i just replace it (but were the hell do i get another one) and can i fix it

Thanks George :)

I think you can tighten it up a bit, but the thread is left handed.

Some, none or all of this post is wrong, incorrect or based on warped memories, many of which have been erased fully or partially by the rigours of drink and time.

If you can hold the little collar piece on the inside of the window and then turn the catch anti-clockwise, it should tighten up on the glass and work again..... :ugeek:

I see they are out of stock at ECAS.

This firm has them [bit expensive]

I think they deliver to the UK but if they don't I could get them and post them on.
