A car lift also will do the job if no forklift within reach.
Or jack the car, put some axle stand under it.

yes, that was what I thought, axle stands. not 100% sure where to support the old thing underneath

I tend to jack and support around axel bolts, and at the bottom of the kick ups, mind the fuel tank!! When i changed my suspension, i used 2 axel standa at the back, and one and my jack at the front. Just incase! Especially with no suspension!! Get a decent pair of axel stands, i never normally bothere but ido now as my jacks a bit hit and miss. Also buy a decent jack. I bought a cheap sealey one for 30 quid. Should of spent more!
