Yup, the same everywhere.
Citroen dealers exist over here, but they're useless with regards to 2cvs. The various specialist parts suppliers ship parts internationally, so - apart from not having access to the ever-diminishing handful of 2cv specialist garages - you're not in any different situation to any other 2cv owner anywhere.
There are a few 2cv specialists in the US - there's a Texican over on 2cvgb who had his 2cv rebuilt fairly locally to him in DFW. I've just alerted him to this thread.
