I bet it was! that's the British for you! last year in Dunkirk the guy camped next to my parents went home early because he was annoyed that he could hear music after 9pm, and it'd rained on the first day! It was the best meeting I've ever been to FFS!

Not only drunk people roaming around but cars coming and going demonstrating their horns, making sure that everybody could hear them. I think from around 2 AM most drunk people had collapsed and the noise dropped. Well the weather is pretty good in that part of the world, only had 1 or 2 showers but sure enough, they had to pick on that too including everything else. I can’t understand that, why is that?
