its quite subtely done though
its not nice but well done for how its been done
the bootlid is two bootlids put into one,
i saw two baby seats in the rear so maybe thats something to do with it

Someone said its been supersized so that the back seat could be made bigger to take 3 children. Pretty good idea and seemed well thourght out but as James said doesn't look great.

Great pictures, and yes Chris ^^ your right...it was made wider to accomodate the 3 child seats fitted in the back

"bleu celest family size"

i particularly like the mdf rear wings and the way the extra space between the lights and number plate have been taken up with extra lights cutting out the No plate illumination and making it illegal.....Wonder if thats the one that was asking questions on 2cv gb about doing it

also leather loose covers on one pic gets my vote for "whats the point ?"

which is all very harsh and critical when ive only got a blue celest with rusted sills and a bananna bonnet and an orange one on bricks and no mots
good pics of some rather well turned out cars...and Rus's Red spacker ;)

I enjoyed the day - probably a bit biased though as my first trip to a gathering in years. The 2cv didn't miss a beat there or back. Was surprised at the low number of cars....echo others thoughts on this...I remember the glory days of 1000 + in the late 80's / early 90's. Had hoped to say hi to some of you; but didnt really see anyone I recognised - the nearest I got was seeing Russ's car ! I'm gonna sound like an old fart now ;) .... but my real memory of yesterday was not at the rally, but at a petrol station on the way down. A load of kids got off a minbus, and were all over the car...saying how 'cool' it was, and one lad said he wanted one for his first car. They can only have been 10 years old or so. It just made me smile, and I hope this attitude will live on in some of them ... when we are all dead and gone someone's gonna have to carry on the passion.

Anyway no more ramblings - but a few pics - note to self next time - charge the camera battery before leaving - hence only a few as it died on me. No where near as good as Jack's and some duplicated..but here they are anyhow....

Imageyhow.
