 I forgot to mention. It's too long a story to relay here, but the original Bluebamboo rebuild was done in order to use it as our wedding car when it was finished. Various obstacles arose between the initial idea and the final realisation, but the car was used as intended last Tuesday! The above photo shows yours truly and the Mrs, with of course our 2cv.  It was a 250 mile round trip to the venue, and the car looked smart decked out in those ribbons and did us proud. This was one occasion where three definitely wasn't a crowd.
