Right so based on that, bottom of the pedalbox section is frilly, so i might be buying one of those too. also under the back seatbox is non existant for a fair chunk.
Does this get covered by the floorboard in an over or under manner? or am I going to need to fabricate some.

but panic not fresh metal is here, have even found my nibbler which was nice nowhere near stitching it back together but I needed a pick me up.
so it is sort of ballanced into place right now.

That looks beautiful Ipgo.
I think i have answered my own question.
I asked... the floor repair part, do I need to make a different bit for under the seat box, as this is rusty too or does the end of the floor go under the seatbox to cover it?
The answer is no I need to make A bigger repair section.
That will wait until i take the shell off and turn it on its side though I think  I really dont like upside down welding.

This is the sort of picture that has been hiding from me ,So many thanks :)
That is a lot of help Matt, I have been trawling through pictures and was having trouble working out the details. A question though while I have your attention Please, then I promise to shut the hell up and get on with it.
My problem is I dont really have that much original unmolested metal to use as reference.

The footboard panel, is it supposed to be double skinned with the top panel going over the outer bridging between the pedals and the start of the chassis?
Mine is plate over plate at the moment and very chewed up it is really difficult to work out what is supposed to be there and what really should not.
