tank guards (might have some you can use as a template off my military Mehari that i forgot to re-fit!)

I can do better than that.

D'you want the tank guard off my Mehari, Max? It's sitting around gathering dust.

Update

I now have the car,

Slight issue on getting it to mine when it decided to jack knife on the A-frame and push the tow car into a spin. Slightly bent bumper and a beaten wing and bonnet. But i got it. So no probs.

its a flyer! I know its quick jumping from a very slow van and getting into a super fast 2cv. But this seems super quick. Im not sure what it is. I think its partly because its quiet. It seems to be able to pull away at high speeds without the gradual raise.

Now i have the car I want to do stuff to it. (Wrong time of year really) first thing is i want to get rid of my adventure bumper. Never been a big fan of them after having one on my last 2cv. I want another type but am unsure what to go for really.

What do you guys think? These are some options.

Standard sahara...

Max, that sahara bumper shown (on the sahara oddly enough) is that all those were fitted too? Or were they available as an accessorie (like a PO bumper)

Ive got one thats all, id be amazed if it came off a sahara!!!!

COOL project and plan BTW. I hadnt spotted this thread till now and its the BEST idea ive seen in ages. :D

Bjorn had a P.O. bumper for sale - Viking was interested by i don't know if a deal was struck.

I like the Louis Barbour bumpers myself...
