 What is this? I've been trying to post on the OT Thread on my laptop and been unable to do so. It shows a red message saying my IP is blocked as it's on a blacklist. Why? I haven't done anything wrong

Re: What is this? it's safe enough.  You could wait (as I did ), because I couldn't be bothered at the time, and it will probably clear. However, following the link will enable you to remove the block for your IP address. It's an over caution on their part.

Re: What is this? Seems to have righted itself this morning. Tried yesterday and it was still blocking me. Haven't done anything other than click on the link mentioned below, which requested me to contact my ISP provider then click another link. I didn't bother with either.
