i am in the process of building a 2cv trike, and i amm wondering if there is such a thing as an alloy wheel that will fit the 3 stud pattern.

Hi, welcome to the forum, thats a good project, how about some pics. There are certainly alloy wheels available in the 2cv pattern, I can think of two currently available new and a lot of wheel manufacturers will drill the pattern to order. Secondhand alloys are rare, although plenty of different styles have been made in the past they are rarely seen here in Britain. GS wheels will fit the 2cv pattern, but they're not very common either.

You may find it easier to have some adaptors made to fit different wheels.

no i want the back end rigid,i feel the engine and gearbox mountings will be good enough to dampen .
i have now removed the engine and box,in order that i can add more reinforcement, and finish welding the underside,i will then sand blast it and paint it.
hopefully before the winter sets in,as i want to respray my austin maxi as well.

The standard engine mounts for a 2cv I assume?

ECAS will have them, where are you based?
